Our Mission

Police Against Racism strives to dismantle the system of racism that exists within policing by internally— encouraging diversity in police hiring and promotion, and externally— eliminating the use of unnecessary force in the field and establishing trust and reconciliation between police officers and the historically marginalized members of the communities they serve, particularly black members of the community.
